Terms of use
SpinDeck provides tools for chat participation, random viewer selection and prize giveaways. Hosts manage their events and prizes.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and workspace access secure. Use only accounts and content you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person's workspace, bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
Hosting rounds
Use the service only where your activity is permitted, and follow the rules of the connected platforms. Hosts are responsible for eligibility, event rules, required permissions, prize descriptions, winner verification and delivery. Explain whether a round is a prize giveaway or a viewer selection before inviting entries.
SpinDeck does not supply prizes or verify channel ownership from a pasted link. Keep private prize claim links away from public broadcasts. Anyone with a valid claim link may reveal its stored code.
Selections and platform availability
Each accepted entry has an equal chance in the server's random selection. The animation reveals that selection. Different platform accounts may enter separately; a chat identity does not establish a unique real-world person. Selected results cannot be reset through round controls. See draw transparency for the current behavior and limits.
Chat connections and third-party services can disconnect or miss messages. Hosts should check connection status and the entry list before a draw. SpinDeck does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or prize delivery.
Abuse and support
Do not use SpinDeck for unlawful activity, deceptive promotions, harassment, credential theft or attempts to manipulate other users' rounds. Access may be restricted to investigate abuse or protect the service. Contact support@spindeck.gg with account or event concerns.
Privacy and independence
The privacy notice explains the information used by SpinDeck. SpinDeck is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Twitch or Kick.
