01 / ONE SHARED DECK

Bring your communities into the same draw

A multistream giveaway combines accepted entries from more than one live chat. In SpinDeck, you can connect Twitch, YouTube Live and Kick to a single round. A shared keyword fills one avatar deck, and the round produces one selected winner.

This is useful when your broadcast reaches different platforms and you want the giveaway to feel like a shared moment. Your overlay displays the same draw wherever you broadcast it. SpinDeck collects giveaway entries; you still use your own streaming software to broadcast to each platform.

02 / CONNECT THE CHATS

How to set up a multistream giveaway

  1. 01

Create one round for the shared prize

From your dashboard, choose New giveaway and select the platforms you want to include. Enter the Twitch channel, current YouTube live video URL and Kick channel as appropriate. Default limits allow up to three live rounds per host, but a shared giveaway needs only one.

  2. 02

Use the same entry instruction everywhere

Choose a keyword such as !join and announce it in each platform's chat. Viewers should type the word by itself after entries open. Confirm the prize, entry rules and closing method before asking people to enter.

  3. 03

Choose a slot count and draw mode

The slot count belongs to the shared deck, not to each platform. For example, a 50-slot round accepts 50 entries in total across the connected chats. Automatic spin starts its countdown when the combined deck fills; manual spin lets the host draw from accepted entries.

  4. 04

Check each source before announcing the draw

Choose Go live, inspect the status for each chat and test a fresh keyword from each source you intend to use. Twitch and Kick use different delivery mechanisms from YouTube, which supplies messages in batches. Do not treat a quiet connected source as proof that messages are flowing.

  5. 05

    Use one OBS overlay

Copy this round's overlay URL into a Browser Source and reuse the same scene on your broadcasts. The OBS giveaway overlay guide explains size and placement. After completion, Next round keeps your viewer and overlay links for another prize.

03 / EXPLAIN ENTRY LIMITS

One entry per platform account is not one entry per person

SpinDeck ignores repeat entries from the same platform account within a round. It does not automatically prove that a Twitch account, a YouTube account and a Kick account belong to the same person. Someone with different accounts may therefore enter separately.

Say that plainly in your giveaway rules. Do not advertise identity verification, cross-platform account merging or automatic detection of every alternate account. If you require a stricter eligibility rule, decide how you will check it before opening entries.

The shared draw gives every accepted entry an equal chance. It does not reserve an equal number of slots for each platform. A faster or more active chat can fill more slots, especially because YouTube delivery is batched. For separate platform quotas, run separate eligible rounds with separate prizes and clearly announced rules instead of promising a quota in a shared deck.

04 / FINISH THE DRAW

Verify the winning account and deliver privately

The server selects the winner before the animation begins. Check the displayed platform and username, then contact that winning account through the appropriate platform. A similar display name in another chat is not enough to verify the winner.

If you stored a prize code, share its claim link privately with the verified winner. Viewers on different platforms may see your broadcast at different times; explain that the saved result is the same even when their video delay differs.

For source-specific help, see the Kick giveaway wheel, Twitch chat picker and YouTube Live picker pages. If a command is missing, use the chat entry checklist before changing your round.

QUESTIONS

Multistream giveaway questions

Can Twitch, YouTube and Kick enter the same wheel?

Yes. Add the supported sources to one SpinDeck round and viewers can enter the shared deck using its keyword while entries are open.

Does a 50-slot giveaway mean 50 viewers per platform?

No. It means 50 accepted entries in total across all chats connected to that round.

Can the same person enter through different platforms?

Different platform accounts can enter separately. SpinDeck prevents repeated entries from the same platform account but does not automatically link identities across platforms.
